My favorite cozy place to stay in Fayetteville!! I've been there so many times, that Anna's place feels like home to my UARK child and my husband & I! ❤️

Anna was so sweet, and her place was absolutely perfect. We were visiting for freshman orientation at U of Ark and it was the perfect get away. She let a sweet note and some goodies from a local backers. We definitely will stay on every visit it’s available for

We had a great 3 night stay at this 2 BR unit. It’s very clean, has comfortable bed and furniture, and very well equipped. Anna is very responsive to questions. We highly recommend!

We loved staying in this home. The home had everything we needed during our weekend stay. The beds were comfy, snacks and coffee were provided, and we were within walking distance to the U of A. We will definitely stay again as we now have an incoming student for fall 2024. We've fallen in love with Fayetteville and can't wait to return. Go Hogs!

Anna's home was very conveniently located for our granddaughter's college tour. Although on a busy street, we didn't really notice the noise and her instructions for safe parking were excellent! Even stocked with laundry detergent in case you need to throw in a load! So helpful! We always look forward to the Ricks bakery treats too! 💗 We love it!

We use AirBNB or VRBO at least six times a year and this one really stood out. The little things like Tide laundry detergent available (not just a standard housekeeping option) make such a difference! We loved the backyard but of course we stayed in July where it’s not the most comfortable time hanging out for too long outside, but I can imagine game day weekends are so much fun here! The beds were incredibly comfortable also. Book this place! Also, it’s an 11a checkout! Which makes such a difference for giving you a little extra time to get your life together on a Sunday morning! Ha!

The hosts thought of everything & even provided some fun little treats & snacks! Everything was labeled with great instructions. This house has moved to the top of our list when coming to town!

We unfortunately had a very late check-in, but it was not a problem for Anna. She provided great directions to the house, as well as clear instructions for entry. Such a lovely, convenient place to stay, just down the hill from campus. The beds/sheets were super comfortable! They had everything we needed including plenty of seating, a fun patio/back yard, a grill, even snacks and welcome petit fours from one of the best local bakeries! There is a baggo set and card games. Easy check in. Would highly recommend and plan to stay here again when we come back to Fayetteville.

If you have found your way to this posting- look no further! It is even better than the photos! Absolutely beautiful finishes in the well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds with nice linens, and the entire home is spotless from top to bottom! Not to mention, you cannot find a better, more convenient location! We walked to U of A easily and saved $60 for event parking (as well as the hassle of fighting traffic). You are also conveniently located near every store, great restaurants (Plomo takeout is a must!) and any other local stops you might need for your Fayetteville fun! The backyard seating area is private and quaint for end of day relaxing or gathering before the game. Again, if you’ve made it this far, look no further!

INCREDIBLE STAY! My girlfriends and I could not believe we lucked out so much. The space was cute, affordable, and had everything you needed. The host gave you all the info you needed and made sure that if you needed to get in touch you were covered. We will 100% be recommending this Airbnb to others and hope to stay again ourselves.

This was my first AirBNB experience and it couldn’t have been better. From the responsiveness of Anna to the cleanliness (SPOTLESS) to the coziness (so cozy) to the thoughtfulness (sweet treats, water, sodas in the fridge and other snacks, etc) to the amazing location (even more convenient than I thought). I truly hope should my child chose to be a Razorback that I beat the other parents to booking this house.

Wow! What a great place to stay. It was the most charming house, and she left no detail unturned! From the bright and clean welcome of the home when you enter which included a note, and special treats from a local bakery. She really thought of every detail. Even though the home is located in a busy university road, sound machines were readily available in the rooms and the most comfortable and soft beds for a great night of sleep. The cute little desk nook in the laundry room was great for working while my son was at the university. One of the best features was the back patio! Hello summer! A wonderful place to stay. This was our second time to stay here. Within walking distance to the Razorbacks stadium, huge plus that we didn’t have to fight with traffic and look for parking. 20 minute walk to the stadium. Both times we have stayed here, it was spotless and the decor makes the house feel so comfortable and at home. We have booked this one again in February for our 3rd time. Anna and James are the best!

Perfect stay! We cooked breakfast for Father’s Day (kitchen had Everything we needed), relaxed in the cozy home, slept fantastic, and our twins had orientation at U of Ark Monday morning. This was a great find! Perfect for a quick weekend visit with my son and daughter. Home is adorable, and the drinks and treats were such a nice touch! We’ve stayed at Anna’s place twice now and have always felt very comfortable. She goes out of her way to write a welcome note as well as have a yummy Fayetteville sweet treat in the fridge upon arrival. The proximity to the university is another plus for this home. Walk up Garland street and you are there! Highly recommend!

Anna was absolutely accommodating and gracious from the start. The space is cozy, clean, and welcoming. I was there by myself for a solo getaway and felt safe the entire time. The bed was so comfy with incredibly soft sheets. I also enjoyed being a couch potato on the living room sofa and on the awesome back-deck lounge. I went for lovely walks up to the nearby UofA campus- I trekked miles without realizing it, taking in all the beauty of the area, and loved every moment. Lots of nearby, locally-owned spots to eat; I particularly appreciated the vegan options at The Farmer’s Table. I can’t wait to return to this space, and I highly recommend it!

It is a nice cozy house within walking distance of University of Arkansas. It was a great place to stay while touring the campus. We were able to rest and relax after a long day. The house had everything we needed and more. The sound machines in the bed rooms were a great touch! The house is off a busy road and they blocked out all outside noise! If our kid decides to attend UofA we will definitely be back!

The space was darling. So many sweet decorations and thoughtful additions. The place was spacious, warm and inviting. The beds were sooo comfy, like sleeping in a cloud. Loved loved the patio. All I wanted to do was hang out on the patio and read and chat. Close drive to many restaurants and downtown Fayetteville. Easy check in and checkout. I would definitely come back!

Anna's place was great. Very good experience. The house is right next to a somewhat busy street, but we didn't hear a lot of street noise. The backyard was nice. The beds were comfortable. The only small inconvenience was there was no ice maker. Overall great place and would stay there again.
