We came to witness our son's graduation from Harding University. This was the perfect place to stay, close enough to activities and far enough from the busy hubbub of crowds. We were able to host small gatherings of family and friends as well as enjoy the respite of the quiet neighborhood! Wish we had found this place when our son started college. We would have stayed here everything we had come to visit our son.

The Cabin was beautiful and let us have a nice, peaceful and private getaway for a few days! The parking was easy and the walk was short up to the cabin. The cabin was spacious and super cozy! The living room TV stopped working and someone was over within minutes to try and fix it. Once it couldn't be fixed, they got a new TV and had it hung up on the wall before lunch! We would recommend staying here and will definitely do it again!

Location, location, location! This spot is literally minutes, and I mean just a couple of minutes, from anywhere on campus, and pretty much anywhere in Fayetteville. Easy to get to and great parking. Both houses are very comfortable and well-appointed for all of your cooking, bathroom, lounging, and backyard fun needs. The host is communicative, pro-active, and better yet, left us alone during our stay. Easy clean up and check out procedures. Hands down this was the best Airbnb experience and location we have stayed at for comfort, convenience, amenities, and price. If my daughter hadn't graduated last weekend, we would stay there again. Many thanks!

All of these years coming to Searcy and I had no idea these cabins existed. This was a perfect location and just right for the amount of space we needed. My daughter said it is like you are in Heber but you are right here in Searcy very close to everything.

We rented both of Anna's 2 bedroom/1 bath homes (located steps from each other with shared parking) which worked out great. Besides having enough bedrooms and bathrooms, location was what we were going for on a football weekend. The stadium is up the hill and to the right about 3/4 mile. So very walkable. Place was comfortable. Shower was very good and my wife is particular about pressure. She was satisfied. This cottage has two bedrooms, one with two single beds and one with a king. The other had two queens (I believe). We found it convenient and comfortable. All eight of us could hang out in the living room, six of the eight of us were under 26 so they were ok on bar stools or floor if necessary. But there was room to watch football and hang out.

We cannot say enough great things about our stay at Cabin 6! Anna and James were amazing hosts. They were very responsive when I messaged with questions and even bought a brand new blender for my morning smoothies! The house was well stocked. We stayed for 6 nights and had plenty of towels for the week. I also cooked every night and had all the pots, pans, etc. that I needed to make our meals (there are basic spices and cooking oil in the cabinets). There was also a drip coffee machine and keurig. The house itself is cozy and in a very peaceful neighborhood. If you enjoy sitting on the porch, you have a beautiful view of the golf course. If you enjoy walking, you can step right out the front door and have a great neighborhood to take a walk in. There are also plenty of restaurants within minutes of the house. Our whole experience was fantastic and exceeded our expectations!

Anna was super responsive and helpful. We had a last minute change (my fault) and she made it not a big deal. We were greeted with some fresh baked goodies from Wild Sweet William's Bakery (the cinnamon roll is a must). The cabin was spotless and the screened in back porch was so relaxing. We did spend some time on the front porch rockers watched the golfers playing just across the pond. We will definitely be back when visiting our daughter at Harding. Anna thanks for being a wonderful host.

One of the most positive stay experiences in 4 years I have been traveling for work. Excellent location, beautiful surrounding, excellent condition of the house, absolutely spotless, and hosts were extremely accommodating and always easy to reach. The Cottage on Hughes was the perfect place for a weekend getaway. The property was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and every detail was thought of with the guests' comfort in mind. Anna is an awesome host...she was responsive, accommodating and even had some treats from a local bakery waiting for us when we arrived! The Cottage on Hughes is located close to the University of Arkansas which means there are many options for dining/shopping/sightseeing. We will definitely visit this Airbnb again!

This cabin was perfect and exactly what we needed for a private and serene retreat away from the traffic and noise. Anna and James are great hosts and communicate everything you need to know in a timely manner and with an abundance of friendly hospitality. We met a couple of the neighbors while coming and going, and they too were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Anything you could hope to have on hand was there and ready to go. Everything was clean and in good repair. We were particularly impressed with how all of the light and fan switches were labeled so we didn't have to use trial and error to figure things out. That kind of attention to detail was evident throughout our stay! I have nothing but good things to say about this place and the hosts... Highly recommended and we hope to stay here again!

Anna has been a great host and very accommodating to us. The cabin is beautiful, very clean and in a great location. We have stayed in this cabin multiple times as well as another next door that Anna also owns. We do not hesitate to recommend staying here.

Nice place to stay when visiting kids at Harding. The cabins are unexpectedly located at the back of a nice residential neighborhood. There is community parking and you walk down a short path to the cabin. The front porch overlooks a golf course and stream. The back deck overlooks a wooded area. The host had Wild Sweet William's pastries waiting for us when we arrived! IYKYK! That alone is worth the trip to Searcy.

I love staying at this cabin! It has everything you need, and the view is just beautiful. It's the sweetest little place in town! I even enjoyed getting to know the neighbors. Good job, Anna and James.

This was such a fabulous stay in the heart of Searcy! Everything you desire about retreat but in the backyard of Searcy. Our daughter who is a student at Harding could pop in and hang with us and have dinner. The kitchen had all we needed. The back porch was wonderful in the morning to sit and watch nature with a cup of coffee and those wonderful pastries that were so generously provided! The fireplace was a bonus! Comfortable, relaxing and super cute cabin! The screened in back patio and front porch rockers are such nice places to enjoy the beautiful wooded area. The 2 beds and 2 bathrooms were spacious and perfect for us. Anna is an amazing host. She made everything so homey with all of the kitchen and bathroom basics and lots of soft throw blankets to curl up with. She responded quickly to our texts and made us feel so welcomed. We will definitely book with Anna again when we're in the area again!

If you are coming to Searcy, this is the place to stay. The pictures don't even do this Cabin justice. All of your comforts and then some are supplied with so many extras. I will never use a Motel/Hotel again. The privacy, the comfort, the cost could not have been better. The view was great. Please, treat yourself to this Cabin and you will want to come back again and again. Anna is great.

We just spent a long weekend in this cabin and it was a wonderful space and location. It's basically in town but tucked away for peace and quiet. We were able to sit out front under large trees and watch the golfers in the AM then move to the back screened-in porch for more peace and quiet in the evening. The cabin itself was cute and most importantly clean! My husband, kiddos and I were so comfortable in this space with comfortable linens and pillows. Anna was so thoughtful and left us pastries from an amazing local bakery! She was great with communicating throughout our stay when needed as well! Wonderful cabin on the edge of a golf course but still close to town. Very quiet, comfortable, and well appointed. Had dinner on the large screened in back porch and enjoyed the views and sounds from the creek off the back yard. We will stay here each time we come back to the area to visit family. Wonderful place to stay very comfortable

A perfect comfy cozy cabin nestled in a nice neighborhood and right off a golf course. While we wish we had more time at the cabin, the time we did spend in it was thoroughly enjoyed from rocking on the rocking chairs on the front porch to sitting out back at night in the spacious screened in porch listening to the incredible sounds of the naturesque nightlife, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely look this cabin up again next time we're in town. And the hosts were wonderful with the perfect little touches of warmth and feeling welcome in their space.

Pictures don't do this cabin justice! Wonderful quiet location but close to town. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay including a screened in porch for your morning coffee! Nicely stocked kitchen for light cooking and comfortable beds. We hope to stay again soon!

The perfect country-feel getaway while still in town. Our group consisted of two married couples. We fell in love with this quaint cabin situated with views on the front porch of the green golf course and views on the screened in back porch of woods and creek. You can't help but feel relaxed while staying here. Indoors offers all the amenities including comfortable beds, plenty of space to stretch out and watch tv (Roku) in the living room with enough extra throws for everyone. The dining area is big enough for dinners and competitive games of spades late into the night! Kitchen is well-equipped and our hosts even left us a sweet treat surprise to welcome us there. This cabin is now our first choice of places to stay when we visit Searcy!
